Chef Seabass
Following the journey of a Chef Seabass from Connecticut, New York, Miami and North Carolina. Chef Seabass is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University who began his career in the kitchen of Chef Brian Lewis and Chef Michael Shikany. He has moved through the process of opening new restaurants with both chefs and also Modern Garden and River Yacht Club in Miami.
